Picture of the Day: Science project

Carter decided he wants to be in the science fair.  With a project about boxed Macaroni & Cheese.  Yikes!  So we did some research about the scientific processes.  They include water boiling point (lower in higher elevations), steam (gas form of water), evaporation (to make the dried noodles that get rehydrated) & the most fun-emulsification (the cheese sauce).  We did a fun experiment with oil, water & food coloring.  The hardest part will be the class presentation in which he has to try to say emulsification.
