Henri's continuing saga with the eye makeup

So now Henri's eyes are weeping boogers, ew.  I held him down to get them with a warm washcloth this morning and he screamed, "No, mommy, you're making me crazy!"  It's really gross. I think it's getting better today, but his poor eyes look awful!  Somehow I don't think he'll learn anything from it, however.

Maybe I could use a parenting course...

Yesterday, Henri dumped out bubble solution on the hardwood floor while I was nursing Valerie, then this morning, after carefully closing the baby gate down the stairs, Carter opened it and Valerie fell down two stairs.

Then, this afternoon, everytime I tell Henri to do something he said, "NO! I'm gonna take you down!"  and Carter came home from school with this lovely little ditty about a woman with a "big, fat, booty..."  (2nd song in the video.

I never want to hear again, "you are so lucky, you have boys, at least they will stay out of your makeup"  I was cleaning the carseats outside for maybe 15 minutes?  I came in to silence, which is never a good thing.  Carter didn't know where Henri was.  I found him.. in my bathroom with lipgloss, mascara (waterproof, of course!), cream eyeshadow.....

The kids got along with him fine, but we are glad to have him visit and not have a dog full-time, they are a lot of work with three kids!  Valerie esp enjoyed him and he's very calm and sweet with her.
